Day 1 to Day 30

  • Everyday Yoga and Meditation sessions for 26 days.                                                                                   
  • Ashtanga Yoga followed by Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness Meditation.                                                                   
  • 35+ hours of live sessions in total with each session lasting 60-90 minutes
