I have been taking yoga classes for two months now and I absolutely love it. Yoga Bhumi has a great environment with knowledgeable instructors. I always feel so refreshed after the session, which is not something I can say for other fitness routines. Having completed so many sessions, I have seen a significant change in my posture and weight as well.
I am happy to report that I really enjoyed my time at Yoga Bhumi. The meditation and chakra healing exercises were great for all levels of experience and the instructors were very helpful with anyone who had questions.
