Day 1 to Day 30

  • Everyday Yoga and Meditation sessions for 26 days.                                                                                   
  • Ashtanga Yoga followed by Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness Meditation.                                                                   
  • 35+ hours of live sessions in total with each session lasting 60-90 minutes

I am happy to report that I really enjoyed my time at Yoga Bhumi. The meditation and chakra healing exercises were great for all levels of experience and the instructors were very helpful with anyone who had questions. I also really enjoyed the morning meditation and would recommend it to anyone looking to start their day off centered and energised.
